We welcome new clients to book a free 15-minute phone consultation with one of our therapists to assess if they're a good fit for your counselling needs.

You can schedule an appointment to discuss your counselling needs in three ways. Please use whichever one you prefer:

Mental health therapy sessions are covered by most health benefit plans

Check with your health benefit provider for more information to determine your coverage
for services provided by a Clinical Social Work therapist / Registered Social Worker.

Fees for counselling may be claimed under tax deductible health care expenses on your income tax return.

Availability

Virtual sessions

Appointments for counselling sessions online (video or phone) are available.

In-person sessions

Appointments for counselling sessions in person are available in Calgary or Cochrane, Alberta.

Daytime, evening, weekend, and weekday appointments are available

Typical sessions are 50 minutes long, although longer appointments may be requested.

First-time couples and family sessions can be up to 80 minutes.
